The first time Farming Simulator 19 was included on PS plus I was reluctant to play it. I said let’s try it to see how things are with these simulators. I almost instantly fell in love with this kind of games. The first time I made a platinum at Farming simulator 19 then I wanted to see how it was an older version and I also made a platinum at Farming simulator 17. The madness continued on PS vita and so I made platinum at FS 18 and FS 16 more recently I also looked for simulators from companies other than FOCUS HOME INTERACTIVE, like Pure Farming 2018. Because these two (Pure Farming 2018 and Farming simulator 19) I consider them the best agricultural simulators at the moment I will write a post about the difference between the two.
Let’s go back to FS 19 this simulator is a very good one in several aspects: -the graphics of the game are much superior to other simulators -the fact that there is a very large community of fans who create various mods for vehicles. -game mechanics and the most realistic behavior of the vehicles -large variety of tools and vehicles -the economy within the game is quite strict and realistic so I recommend great attention to every land acquisition, vehicle or hiring help. You can get to a point where you have to sell your equipment or vehicles that you really need to move forward. -raising animals is a more complex process, especially for cows that require more special attention. I recommend raising animals at a more advanced stage of the game after you have a bigger budget. For example I’ve recorder a clip how to make a total mixed ratio for cows :
-always aims for more advanced vehicles that do a better and faster job, it clearly costs even more but they take out their investment quickly. -buy lots of land as large as possible or join several small ones -sell the harvest when you receive the best possible price from the buyers. So you can store the harvest in a silo until the price changes and you get a better profit -forestry is fun but you need expensive tools to get some profit
Hope FOCUS HOME INTERACTIVE will do Farming Simulator 20 or 21 with new more ideas like farming online with other peoples, questing and trading and so on.
It would be offensive for the two Farming Simulator 19 and Sims to even add them in a sentence with this failed game. I’m going to do a series of bad things and then some interesting ideas from this game, ideas that big games like Farming Simulator could introduce in future versions.
So if you want to try your patience here is what awaits you:
First of all, I tried as much as possible not to vomit during the dialogues between the characters.
The game’s graphics is very weak like the games of the 90’s.
NPCs that give you quests are stuck inside walls or they are inaccessible.
Numerous moments when you receive an error and a blue screen appears, so if you really dare to play the game, try to save as often as possible so you don’t lose progress. The most common case of blue screen with 100% reproduction of cases is when you enter a competition and activate “engineer view” R1 (Ps4).
Another rather annoying thing is that you can easily lose the crop if you do not place the harvester output tube well on the silo hole or perfectly above the trailer. I attributed this aspect to the fact that can indeed happen in IRL.
Example of beautiful dialogue 😀
You: – Did it hurt when you when you were falling from the sky ?
Her: – It is so nice to hear, thank you!
Some ideas that I found interesting were:
Possibility to grow vegetables in greenhouses.
Roofs with solar panels produce a small amount of money.
The fact that you start from scratch with a ruined farm and then start repairing every building (walls, roof, fences, etc.).
The possibility of socializing with NPCs as a result of these interactions you receive preferential prices for some products (better price for wheat after the quest with Old Grain Mill) or agricultural vehicles (you can buy cheaper using social points)

I remembered this funny video. I know it’s very old 10+. But I realized how the marketing area just came to attract through shocking things and now these shocking things are the order of the day among the “good” commercials. Otherwise I do not see and they are not appreciated!
Clearly this clip is a parody of how these ads are discussed in marketing agencies. And when it comes to choosing something that sells and something that is indecent / shocking, the part that brings sales to the detriment of common sense is clearly chosen. Enjoy ! 🙂
